Apparel Exchanges:
- We offer size exchanges for apparel. Customers must initiate the exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Exchanges will only be accepted for size issues, and the product must be in its original condition with tags intact.
- If we are unable to provide a replacement due to size unavailability, store credit in the form of a voucher will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
Non-Apparel Products:
- Exchanges for non-apparel products will only be accepted if the product received is damaged or different from the one ordered.
- If a replacement is unavailable for the damaged product, store credit in the form of a voucher will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
- All exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We do not accept exchanges based on personal preferences, requirements, or any changes in the customer’s needs after purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is found to be used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
