Shipping
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are dispatched within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours and delivered within a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days from the date of order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. Apparel Exchanges:
- We offer size exchanges for apparel. Customers must initiate the exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Exchanges will only be accepted for size issues, and the product must be in its original condition with tags intact.
- If we are unable to provide a replacement due to size unavailability, store credit in the form of a voucher will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
Non-Apparel Products:
- Exchanges for non-apparel products will only be accepted if the product received is damaged or different from the one ordered.
- If a replacement is unavailable for the damaged product, store credit in the form of a voucher will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
- All exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We do not accept exchanges based on personal preferences, requirements, or any changes in the customer’s needs after purchase.
